Garage Boys (Yr 7-10)
Director: Ben ChongThe Garage is a group for boys between the ages of 12-16 (Years 7-10). It is an encouraging and safe environment for boys to have fun; discuss their lives, passions, goals, positives and struggles; and to explore what it means to be young men of God. Activities in The Garage include games, sharing of our weekly adventures, discussion of themes and ideas, quiet reflection and at least one excursion per term. We have participated in wider community events, such as “Clean Up Australia Day”; and learn about poverty and issues overseas, and how we can help, through our sponsorship of a boy in the Philippines. The Garage runs from 3.45pm to 5.00pm Sunday afternoons during the school term and is open to everyone. For more information, contact the church office.
